Not exactly, but it is very tight.
But, if one is standing at the mast lowering the boom, why then drop
to the knees, mess with a winch to insert into the reefing winch etc,
- etc - all while the boat is heeled over, waves are crashing on you, etc.
I figure get a good solid footing at the mast, hook the safety
harness on in a solid place, and do everything without moving, kneeling, etc.
Try the way suggested and you might like it more.
