Rich,

We own a Baba 40 and the reefing lines are led externally along the boom
(from the reefing track) through line stoppers to a small boom winch. Works
great. I dislike internal lines, so the reefing lines are easy to see and
use, and not likely to be lost using this method. We even reefed in 40kts
rolling downwind last July with little trouble.
