I recommend a hard sand... 5 coats of Interlux epoxy and the application of
at least 2 coats bottom paint and 3 at the water line. Blisters are the
result of osmosis and de-laminating the fiberglass layers. The sooner this
can be arrested and dealt with the better. I will post several pictures of
Bella that had no blisters, but the bottom paint (bottom layer) would not
stick to the hull, so we did and hard sand with the barrier coating 5 layers
of Interlux Epoxy.
