Richard:

The "venturi effect" (named after the Italian physicist Giovanni
Battista Venturi), is the phenomena that leads to an increase in
pressure when a fluid or air flows through a tube or pipe or other
media that contains a constriction. Rapids through the narrow area of
a river, or high winds through a mountain pass are examples of this
effect. Any faucet designed for the RV market should be a good
alternative, provided they are made to stand up to a marine
environment (most are plastic).

Thanks, Jack

Yes, that's exactly what I meant and spelled correctly. Actually, Microsoft
Word changed the correct spelling "venturi" to "venture" and I quickly
approved the change. Knowing how really bad my spelling is I rarely
challenge Bill Gates.
Now that the pressure is off I can take it easy.
Rich
