Cindy,

Replacing tanks is not all that difficult if you have done it once; however,
the learning curve is ugly. There is good mfg.s of aluminum tanks in CA at
reasonable prices. I will not let the fabricator make the tank accesses
because the lid will only fit on one way, the access covers mentioned in my
earlier email are precision and can be added after the fact by cutting the
specified hole.

As fare as bonding goes have the mfg., weld a small tab on the tank so you
can attach a bolt and incorporate the tank in the ship's bonding system.
