We have similar Lewmar winches. Instead of removing them to get at that last
gear, we clean what we can in place with Q-Tips soaked in WD-40, then
regrease Don't know of any other way to get to them except by removing them
(not gonna happen soon), and don't know what Lewmar was thinking when they
designed these...
