Hmmm. Now I'm thinking that we may have a different setup from you. On
our Baba 30 the whole thing is wood. Some of the 30s have a folding
table - ours is permanently down attached to the bulkhead on one end
(forward) and with a "leg" at the other end (aft). The leg has a wooden
base which screws into the sole. These screws are covered with bungs. I
hope I haven't confused everything. I wish I had a photo
