We've noticed this too - usually on yacht brokerage listings. The 3GM30
is a later version which is *very* similar, but has more horsepower. My
husband Rick has told me that the 20hp rating is the maximum, redline,
floor-it-cause-we're-going-on-the-rocks rating and that the usual max is
more like 17-18hp.
