I've reluctantly lowered the price on my Tashiba 31' pilothouse. She's
not sold yet despite numerous showings to some qualified buyers. She
shows very nicely but no one has pulled the trigger yet.

 

An interesting note; the single complaint about the Tashing is engine
access. It seems that most are really taken aback by having to unscrew
6 screws to get at the engine from the cabin.

 

Has anyone developed a solution around this?
