Dear Cindy, Awhile ago I picked a 1000 watt convertor at Cosco for
about 75 dollars a three or four hundred convertor might work just
fine. I plug mine into a cigarette lighter outlet I have at the nav
station. A WORD OF CAUTION: All of your rigging and mast are grounded.
Don't work on any bulb repairs or replacements holding a ground. The
electric will travel thorough you! Keep the lights tied off the
rigging or pass it through a small piece of rubber hose. have fun
