Most of the boats around here use a Honda generator. But they're doing
way more than just lights! The boats in the boat parade have big sound
systems, flashing reindeer, animated stuff. One boat even had a laser
show last year!

If you're just doing a few strings to festive things up a bit, an
inverter is probably fine.
