I believe that's a format used pre-August 1, 1984. I imagine it's =
translated as Baba 40, (hull #) 115, certified January 1984.

I have the same information on the drawings I obtained from Robert Perry
(obviously, they are copies). However the HIN on our 1986 Panda 40 is
TSQ40147B686 (Hull #147). More to fuel the confusion.
