Congratualations on the Baba 30. Your question about the Starboard list is the same one I had when I purchased my Baba 30. My list was due to the fact that I did not have a water heater in Lorac. These were standard equipment on the boat, or so I am told. The water heater sits on a shelf in the port lazaret. The water heater weighs approx. 30 lbs and carries 6 gallons of water for approx. 46 lbs. that is close to 80 lbs which is carried high on the port and far to the outboard of the vessel. When I installed my water heater my list went away. Good luck.
