Talk about "good news, bad news". Too bad you can't pull the tranny
while the engine's in place. Is this true of all 40's?

One thought on pulling the engine and its wiring and plumbing: take
notes, take pictures, and label everything. Friends on a Hinckley 38
went through several engine removals (a painful story in itself) and the
first was done by an Annapolis shop who failed to mark anything and made
a hash of the job.
