It is sitting in my Garage. It runs well but smokes. The main reason for the change is parts availability. I will; however, miss the hand cranking ability for those days when the lord of battery power has a sense of humor.

  Hi all. A few months past, I polled the Baba 30 owners to see if anyone had installed a replacement engine for the Volvo MD 11. I thank all of you for your assistance. The replacement has been completed and here are the results.

  I considered and obtained the specifications and dimensions of the Volvo, Yanmar and Westerbeke 3 cylinder approx 27 hp engines.
