This is the process we do as well. It is easier in Mexico 'cuz we can buy
syringes over the counter and inject the liquid Life Caulk into the gaps.
And if their advertisements are correct, the stuff keeps seeping until the
cracks are completely filled. Then we wait and wait for rain...
