I hadn't heard of the Union 36 before, but a quick google provided quite a
few nice examples, she looks to be a lovely boat and very much in the baba
mould.
My website is the result of not being able to get to my boat for most of the
last year as we moved her down to St Lucia bit by bit. i.e. too much idle
time.

It's a Union 36 - virtually the same boat as the Hans Christian 36 - same
mold, same yard. Made in Taiwan, 1981. 'Sort of' designed by Robert Perry -
the yard stretched his design for a 34 and forgot to pay him royalties.
There's a story.

Many of the images and experiences of the Baba crowd seemed quite similar to
things I've had to deal with on my boat.

Lots of knowledgeable folk on this list. I thought I might benefit from the
forum's experiences.
