Keep in mind bass is non directional. You can pretty much mount it anywhere.
I would hesitate to mount it anywhere in the open. I'm thinking either the
nav station seat (or berth if your's is set up that way) or under the nav
station itself though I'm not sure if the water tank protrudes all the way
under there. As for cutting into the teak, I agree with Rich, but then
again, I absolutely love music and bass is crucial whether classical, rock,
or house. I suppose it would be possible to mount it somewhere inside one of
the lockers behind the settee, but that would sure gobble up some convenient
space.
