Hi Chuck
My apologies for not getting back to you.
Loved the picture of the beautiful engine, so clean!
I have a house sale closing on my parents estate, so have been repairing plumbing and emptying book shelves and gifting heirlooms to family.
I will go down to the boat on Sunday and get the part number back to you. However your engine is different than my MD11C Volvo, Might be more helpful if I drop by Boondocks and get the right part number for you.
Hope Santa is kind to you.

Yes Chuck
Pamarno has a MD11C which required the same rehab. As I'm still dealing with the latest winter freeze issues here in B'Ham, I will go down to the boat the refresh my memory of the motor mount replacement and get the Volvo part number for you. All four were replaced in 2004 with stiffer suppressors, obtained through Boondocks Motors here in Bellingham,WA. One detail, had to increase the bolt size holes on the engine block to accept the newer nuts and bolts included with the Volvo mounts. The PO had problems with the forward mounts and had only replaced those in the past.
Fortunately, Pamarno has a delrin cutlass bearing which is more forgiving than the older materials in some of these boats.

Does anyone else have a MD11D in their Baba 30? The reason I am asking: Have you had problems with motor mounts. I was motoring this afternoon and blew all the rubber vibration suppression (4) on the coupling. Emailed Mr. Perry and he said some of the motor mounts were to “soft” back then and may have contributed to the failure. Any one had to change theirs due to softness? This was the second time I blew them. Looking at replacing with R&D Flex Coupling.

Chuck
