I had the same situation with the heavy PVC anchor locker drain pipe on Pamarno. The PO had stored his extra anchor in the upper bilge, which impacted and cracked this elongated limber hole. After pumping out the bildge, I found this drain pipe permanently encased in fibre glass and paint (very hard). With various dremel wheels, I carved away as much of the broken run and freed up the remaining ends so as to piece in heavy pvc conduit with double female ended couplings and PVC conduit cement. Then I epoxied the joinings and now have a dry upper bilge. Be sure to use a respirator/dust mask as the old bilge paint dust is toxic.
Fortunately, the only break was in the main saloon, easily accessed. Sistering forward to aft limber hole in the bilge; with a reduced diameter of smooth flexible tubing (Home depot) might be a consideration if there are multiple cracks running through the cabinetry under the forward berth past the head. As Pamarno is at Colony Wharf, I would be happy to show you my solution to this design problem.
