H&L Marine Woodworking an exact duplicate. I know you're in SoCal so here's there number 310-638-8746. This place is awesome, they'll fabricate almost anything you want / need. I had them make special molding when I rebuilt my butterfly hatch. Be careful, you'll be tempted with all the goodies in their showroom.
 
They are in Rancho Dominguez (North Long Beach).

Subject: [Baba-L] Teak Boarding Ladder

Does anyone know where a ladder like this one could be obtained?
Specifically, we're looking for one made for a Baba 30. I've seen the
hardware for sale, but never the ladders themselves. We'd try our hand
at making one, but we don't have the proper tools (band saw?) and the
lumber is too expensive to take chances with.
