Boy, was I wrong. I only have 1 winch, just like yours. But I have three
linestoppers in the bottom of the boom.
I wonder why you don't. This makes reefing easier.

I have some pictures of my mast and boom setup, which I will post this
evening.
I have three winches: one for the outhaul, one for each reef point (two
more) on each side of the mast.
