Alan,

We have used Cetol on unsanded teak rails and platforms and have been
satisfied. Clean the teak and bleach it light. A light sand is ok, but you
want to keep that rough weathered look for non-skid. Three coats, and you
are good to go. Each year, just clean it good (get that dirt out of the
valleys) and add another coat. It may not look like a bristol yacht, but we
aren't in competition. We just like to keep the maintenance down to a
minumum.
