erko makes one, see the site below, West Marine is the supplier,
unfortunately it is made out of nylon and not brass. I am not a big fan of
Perko chrome on brass hardware though, I will not install any chrome on
brass; however, that is not the issue in this case as it would be
nylon/brass.
I know I have seen these in my travels, most likely at Downwind Marine in
San Diego, but I am just guessing here. I think they have a web site and
will do product search for you. Also they are excellent at matching price if
you find an item and want them to get it for you.
Have a great day and let me know what you find out as we will all have to
replace these some day. Most likely the spring fails or pops out, which
happened to me the other day, but I was lucky and found the spring.
