1) I doubt that a heli-coil of that size/pitch is made, but you might check out:
http://www.emhart.com/products/helicoil.asp to see.

2) Might it be possible to drill and tap a piece of material
compatible with the bracket material that might be welded in place
over or in place of the existing (damaged) area?

3) Best bet may be to just buy a new replacement bracket or try to
find a ragged out motor being parted out on Ebay - or someplace
similar.
