The nut on our stud holding the zincs to the hull are definitely
Wentworth. I am very careful not to lose them as I don't care to take on
the unplanned project of replacing the Wentworth stud that goes with the
nut. This would require removing the hot water tank in our
configuration. We have four studs - two for each zinc. I have come
across other Wentworth standard hardware on Tashiba 40 hull #160 and
changed them out for SAE when possible. another way to completely clean
the threads on any stud or bolt is to use a Dremmel Tool with wire wheel
on it. Just be very, very careful to use eye and face protection as the
wire wheel throws off bristles at high speed. Tashing has been known to
use some Wentworth over the years.
