Jack,

You might be able to consider that reliable. However, we measured our mast
while it was unstepped and came up with 37' 10". Add 10" for light. Add 36"
for antenna.

The only reliable way to tell the height of YOUR mast is to measure it. As
mentioned before, Babas were rigged by the dealer and they had discretion
for the supply of spars.
