Ken,

Would like to know some points about your trailer.

Gooseneck?
Three axle?
Three brakes (electric)?
Tow vehicle?
Weight of trailer?
How constructed?
Axle make up(droped, torsion, etc)?

Regards,

Van...

I have noticed that the supports on my trailer forward and outboard of the
keel get a lot of extra weight when I lower the support on the bow (stem).
It's present position on the trailer does give the trailer some significant
tongue weight. Maybe that's why it is so well behaved when being towed on
the road.

I hope your schedule for launching isn't delayed too badly. What a bummer.
At least no one was hurt.
