I just had a rig survey by Brian Toss in Pt. Townsend, WA. He recommends
Stay-Set X for the halyards

I believe the dryrot stuff is called Git-Rot, or at least one version of
it anyway. I have never used it.

good idea to me, but I don't want to break some unspoken protocol here.
* Way back when, we talked about portlight gaskets. I've e-mailed
TaShing
but have not heard from them. Anyone ever find a compatible gasket
otherwise?

Now if I can just get past my varnish anxiety...
