Bruce,

Do you by chance have any measurements in the location of the tunnel? I
would like to compare these to the ones we are going to make. Also the
layout of your vee birth appears to be different then mine. If I know how
far back you sent the tunnel this helps me in making the decision on how to
deal with the storage lockers that are installed in an angle below my vee
birth.

Our yard said a Sidepower 75 is sufficient. The 95 takes a larger tube, more
space, and more amps. A sister boat to our has a SP 75 and it is more than
sufficient.

I will be installing a bow thruster (side power 95) next month. I have full
instrumentation at the helm with no room for the bow thruster control. I
thought I would eliminate my rudder angle indicator, since it is redundant
as my auto pilot control shows rudder angle also.

I am interested in what type of bow thruster and the exact location you
mounted it, if you can relay this info back to me I would greatly appreciate
your input.

I am installing a bowthruster control at the wheel (finally after two
seasons without).
I want to use a taller pedestal guard with a Navpod instrument mount.
Does anyone have this information for a Grand Deer (Edison knock-off) for a
Baba/Panda 40?

Pedestal guard:
Width of rails on the guard: 9.5" or 12"?
Diameter or rail: 1" or 1.25"?
Height of guard? 54" or what?
 
Here is what I'm thinking of using:
StraightGuard-1" Dia. 9.5"W x 54"H #SG10
3 Instrument NavPod 15"W x 5"H #NP131 [or #NP120]

This way I can add a control for the windlass and other instuments I want at
the wheel.
