Two manifolds, one supply, one return. The vent lines present no problem and
care must be taken to keep these lines tied up so there are no valleys that
would hold fuel and thus clog the vent. The vent must always drain back into
the tank when level, I have had no problems. I always take care when fuel
and intentionally fuel slow with one on the fuel and the other member
monitors the tank level so I can pump from one tank to the other if one is
fueling faster then the other. With the manifold system you can pump from
any tank and return to any tank or the same tank.

Should you want Reverso fuel transfer pump or manifolds, feel free to
contact me so I can work with you to get the best price. Reverso will sell
direct but only retail, so you have to purchase through one of their vendors
to secure a discount. I have a commercial business and able to get a
substantial discount on these products.

If you have cold feet with regards to this project I am willing to help out.
Depending upon your location I am free to come and help you set this
modification up or advice via email even phone. I am in Mexico but you can
reach me via my US phone number 619 913 1584.

Before considering fiberglass self fabrication, please check with a
surveyor, I have my doubts he will pass this type of fabrication. Tanks
should be manufactured by a USCG certified manufacturer.

I send my best regards,

Dave

Dave-

How did you handle the returns? Two manifolds? Do
you always draw and return to the same tank? Also,
what kind of valves did you use for the fill?

Jim
