Cindy,

I am no expert at this; however, there are those that talk of the "clipper
route" and I have not investigated this. I believe this is the great circle
path well off shore that permits sailing back. I have ordered a book that
talks about this route from Amazon and I might have more info., in the near
future.

No, not "Baja Ha Ha" (sailing to Cabo with 150 other boats), "Baja Bash"
(going from Cabo to San Diego against the prevailing wind, swell,
currents, etc). Big difference. Going down - not a problem. Coming back?
