Sure enough, I did a search for ‘Cowl Vents’ on e-bay and the 3” ones=
 are
listed. This is the same guy that sells the 4” ones that I bought. You co=
uld
message him and see if he has any of the 4” models.

 

The mounting flange is about ž” smaller in the diameter. It still fits,=
 but
you’ll need to fabricate some sort of backing material. I haven’t done =
this
yet, but hopefully will get to it this spring.

 

The problem is that now I have to get the rest of the boat in shape to matc=
h
the cowl vents!

Hi Rick

I would like to get hold of a pair of s/s cowl vents to replace the white
plastic ones I have fitted at the moment, can these vents still be got I
know you said a guy on ebay was doing a good price on them.

There's a guy on e-bay selling SS cowl vents for under $100! I picked up
two. These are the classy round kind that WM charges 2 1/2 boat dollars for
these ($250).
