PEX is cross linked polyethylene tubing. Quite durable and versatile but I
did not know it was available opaque. Fittings can be done with relatively
expensive compression fittings or with the mentioned banding tool but the
tool is pricey, also as mentioned. The tubing in my house is milky white
translucent.

I would love to do all the plumbing in our Baba 30 over with these now tried
and true methods and materials but I can't justify it ...yet.
