SEMCO greatly reduced the life of the calking on our deck. The previous
owner had used it and I never applied it after noticing the calking
deteriorating. Had I used it for a few more seasons I would have had to
re-caulk by now. In any case, this is a job coming up in the near future. I
understand it is most economical to have re-caulking done in Trinidad.
