The biggies to watch out for seem to be the fuel tank and the chain
plates. If the boat has a Volvo motor, expect high parts costs and less

hold up better and cost less to repair.
.
The fuel tank is prone to rust, inside and out. The chain plates seem
to have crevice corrosion problems (water getting past caulking and
starting rust). Aside from that, all the problems are usual boat stuff
but, I'm happy to say, Babas seem to be holding up nicely.
.
Congratulations on your choice and here's hoping you're soon a Baba owner!
