I would suggest staying away from Yahoo. Too many popus and ads.

Sailboatowners.com is the way to go, I agree.

However, the same fate could befall them as sailjazz.

I would be very interested in hosting a forum on my site. This one would be
absolutely, 100% free forever (that's 'forever' in computer years which is
probably about 10 years).

To see an example of what the forum could look at, you can see my blog. This
is a basic version and I could enhance it with e-mail notification as well.
