I came across a link on a live aboard list with a phone number. The

We have a few pits and dark spots on our stove top. I believe that this
is from acidic food being spilled and not cleaned up. Our sinks are in
pretty good shape. Rick has polished them with a buffing wheel and
jeweler's rouge. They look really nice after that.
