Thanks for the info. I like the Henderson pump anyway(MK V?), and will mount it as you suggest. That sounds much easier than new glass and matching gelcoat! The diaphragms are shot on the Kampax, but if anyone wants it for parts they are welcome to it.

I tried to find a rebuild kit for the Kampax a few years ago and found the company is out of business. To replace the pump I made a transition plate out of Starboard and screwed it into the existing holes where the Kampax pump was secured. On the back of the transition plate I attached a new Henderson pump which is readily available. The transition plate is necessary because the bolt holes from the old pump do not lineup with the mounting hardware for the new Henderson pump. The new pump will have a specification for how big a hole is needed for the pump handle. From the cockpit all will look the same as it does now and from the back you should see the new pump attached to the Starboard. This is kind of difficult to explain in an email – hope you get the idea.

Thanks, I'll try them. For the record, the brand of pump is a Kampax. It also says Koping Sweden, but has no model numbers on it.
