While you-all are out sailing, I went nuts this AM and documented one more
project.
Here's a teaser:

"In July 2004, my daughter fell against the pilot house roof while carrying
the outboard motor and her hand took the full impact of the motor. The motor
did not go in the water (what a sailor!), but... her hand was badly hurt (no
broken bones, but severely bruised). She was trying to carry the motor to
the gate opening to pass down to me in the dingy. She tripped over the gate
lifeline, as it had been hung inside the lifelines, instead of outside. To
avoid future mishaps, I installed a Garhauer motor lift this summer. Now we
safely lower and raise the motor with little effort."
