Thank you, Rich... Your experience is helpful in my decision.

I'm assuming if it takes 4-5 full days a season to maintain a forty,
it would take 3-4 days a season to maintain a thirty. The caveat,
however, is that "a season" is 12 months, when one is cruising. I
guess I'm more concerned about the potential for leaks as a result of
the teak decks.
