I pass one of the snubbers through it, but that's not the anchor rode. I'm
talking about the holes through which one normally passes your dock lines.
There are 3 on each side of Alcyon. One could hardly call all 3 hawse
whatevers as the midships & aft ones couldn't possibly ever have anything t=
o
do with an anchor. So what the dickens is the proper name for them? Is it
different on a 40 vs a 30? Tom B., surely you can help us out on this one!
