May I add, SeaClear II is FREE. It has some really excellent features
including AIS display capability. (something The Capn has yet to master) I
believe it does not use the S57 Vector charts but for the price it's not
bad. I just purchased an AIS receiver for $225us from the UK
http://www.allgadgets.co.uk/ag/product.asp?pf_id=AG3933&dept_id=1
and received a CD copy of SeaClear II packaged with the receiver. The
receiver is installed and I will be testing it this weekend. If anyone is
interested in the result let me know and I will post a report.
